Each manufacturer carries its own warranty terms and conditions. If you purchased your item through The Repair Shack, then please contact us first and we will guide you through any return procedure neccesary.  While we are an Authorized Service Center for all of the products we sell, some of our manufacturers request that any warranty issues be directed to them. We will assist you in any way we can in these cases.  Specific warranty information is available and listed with each product we carry.

We warranty all of our repair work for a term of 90 days ( unless otherwise stated on your repair invoice) and we offer extended warranties and service contracts for many of the products we sell also, many times at no additional cost to you.
