We will always contact you with an estimate before we do any repairs. Any item to be mailed in for repair should be well packed ( use original packaging materials if available) and insured for the value of the machine. We can also arrange for UPS pickup service. It is important to include all of the components of your unit for us to completely evaluate and test.
