Products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of original purchase. All items must be in original condition and unopened packaging. A copy of your sales invoice must be included with the return to insure proper credit to your account. Please mark clearly on the outside of the box “PRODUCT RETURNS”. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks from when products have been received by our return department.

If your order is shipped and/or processed incorrectly, due to our error, all corrections will be at our expense. If your order was damaged during the shipping process, please call or email us upon receipt of the order.
