Welcome to ourespresso machine repair information center.  This will guide you in the process of bringing or sending in your espresso machine for any repair that you may need.  Your owners manual is a great source for all troubleshooting information, but if this does not solve your problems we are certainly here to help. We are a factory trained authorized service center for Saeco , Gaggia and Miele espresso machines and repair many other makes and models as well by La Pavoni, Delonghi , and much more.

We offer carry in or ship in service for any household espresso machine repairs, and on site service is available for any commercial or vending espresso machines.  There is no need for an appointment for carry in repairs. You can bring the unit in to us during normal business hours. If you are shipping your unit in for repairs, be sure to pack the unit well, with an oversized box and be sure to insure your package.  If you need a box or packing materials to send your espresso machine in for repair we can also arrange for this and ask that you contact us for more information regarding this service.

We make every effort to have your machine evaluated and estimated with in 3-5 business days of when it arrives at our store.  We will contact you at this time with the estimate and explanation of what is going on with your machine and give you our best advice regarding the condition of your machine and wether it is worthwhile to repair. We will also offer you a trade in value towards the purchase of another machine if your unit is not worth repairing. Any repairs we perform come with a 90 day warranty.
